1. Overview

All services delivered by VRCYN involve strategic planning, team allocation, resource deployment, and professional time commitment. Therefore, once any service engagement begins, payments are considered non-refundable except in certain defined eligibility scenarios.

2. General Non-Refundable Clause

Fees paid toward training, consulting, development, marketing, or operational support are non-refundable once access, onboarding, resource scheduling, or training initiation has occurred.

3. PTS Program Placement Guarantee & 2× Refund Clause

VRCYN provides guaranteed placement support through structured training, mock interviews, assessments, and employer pipeline coordination.

To Qualify for the 2× Refund Guarantee, the Candidate Must:

• Maintain 90% attendance throughout training
• Dedicate 4–5 hours daily to learning, practice & tasks
• Complete all assignments, projects & assessments on time
• Participate in mock interviews and performance evaluations
• Demonstrate professional attitude & communication
• Attend all scheduled job interviews organized by VRCYN
• Not reject job offers that match salary + role criteria

If all the above conditions are fulfilled, and the candidate does not receive a job offer within 60–120 days of program completion, the candidate is eligible for a 2× (double) refund of the paid program fee.

Refund Guarantee Voids If:

• The candidate misses interviews or delays communication
• Assignments remain incomplete or practice hours are not met
• Attendance, discipline, or behavior standards are not maintained
• Fake documents or qualifications are submitted

4. Software, Engineering & Consulting Services

Once project documentation, sprint planning, UI/UX, architecture, or development work has begun, no refund will be applicable due to professional time investment.

5. Duplicate or Mistaken Payments

If a payment is made twice or incorrectly, a refund is processed after verification within 5–10 business days.
