Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: January 2025 — This policy outlines the terms governing cancellations for all services provided by VRCYN.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Cancellation Policy is to ensure clarity and transparency for clients, students, and partner organizations. VRCYN invests significant operational, instructional, and personnel resources before and during service delivery. Therefore, strict guidelines apply once service commitments are initiated.

2. Effective Application

This policy applies to the following services:

  • PTS Training & Placement Support Programs
  • Business Consulting & Technology Strategy
  • Software Development and Product Engineering
  • Digital Marketing, Sales Ops & Automation Support
  • Corporate Hiring & Talent Acquisition Collaboration

3. No Cancellation After Service Start or Scheduling

Once a service has started, or has been scheduled to start, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

Service initiation includes but is not limited to:

  • Batch seat or trainer slot allocation
  • Issuance of training materials or LMS access
  • Project planning, documentation or sprint planning
  • Placement desk allocation or interview coordination

4. PTS Program Specific Cancellation Terms

PTS Program seats are limited and operational workflows begin immediately after enrollment. Therefore:

  • No cancellation is allowed after registration and onboarding.
  • Batch change is not permitted unless approved under documented special cases.
  • Leaving the program voluntarily does not qualify for any refund or cancellation.

5. Consulting & Software Project Cancellation

Because engineering, research and design work begins in early stages, cancellations are not allowed once a work order or contract is approved.

This includes:

  • UI/UX research and drafting
  • Architecture and technical documentation
  • Team allocation and development planning

6. Employer Partnerships & Hiring Coordination

Once candidate sourcing, screening or interview coordination has been initiated, cancellation cannot be requested either by candidate or organization unless mutually documented.

7. Exceptions (Strict, Case-Based)

Exceptions may be considered only in the following cases and require documented verification:

  • Serious medical emergency
  • Verified legal or compliance restrictions
  • Administrative error

Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to management review.
