These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users accessing or using VRCYN Business Solutions ("VRCYN", "We", "Us", "Our") including clients, learners, partners and employees. By continuing to engage or interact with any of our services, you consent to these Terms.

2. Business Services Provided

VRCYN delivers strategic, technological and workforce development services:

• Software & Product Development (Web, Mobile, Cloud-based Systems)
• Business Digitalization & Automation
• Research & Development + IP Documentation Support
• Sales Enablement and Process Optimization
• HR, Talent Acquisition & Operational Support
• EdTech PTS (Placement & Training) Career Programs

The scope of engagement shall always be documented and mutually approved.

3. Onboarding & Work Confirmation

Any service delivery begins only after:

• Confirmation of work order in written/email format
• Required initial payment or registration amount is successfully completed
• Information or documents requested by our team are provided

4. Pricing, Payment & Billing

All payments must be made to VRCYN’s official accounts. Once service begins, fees are not refundable except in situations detailed in our Refund Policy. Late or partial payments may delay delivery timelines.

5. Placement Support Terms (For PTS Program)

• We provide interview opportunities, not guaranteed jobs.
• Company selection depends on employer evaluation.
• Candidate behavior, attendance, performance and communication matter.
• We may deny placement support to candidates who violate conduct norms.

6. Intellectual Property Ownership

All training modules, brand assets, product designs, code, strategies, frameworks and proprietary documents belong to VRCYN. Unauthorized use or resale is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Information exchanged between VRCYN and clients/learners must remain confidential. Neither party may disclose internal details without consent.

8. Code of Conduct

Respectful, ethical and professional behavior is mandatory. Harassment, abuse, fraud, misuse of content, or intentional disruption may result in terminated access without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

VRCYN is not responsible for loss of business profits, hiring decisions, third-party delays, or unforeseen external risks.

10. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy periodically. Continued use of services signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
